I ‘m Tara. It is my absolute joy that you landed here.

Apart from being a teacher and Embodiment coach,woman with a deep desire for truth and freedom; a really deep love for all beings and our planet, and a relentless commitment to living beyond all self-imposed and perceived limitations.

I have lived a good portion of my life in a patriarchal society where women are treated as a second class citizen. For me, everyday life was a struggle, constantly trying to prove myself just to feel like I had a sense of belonging and understanding in the purpose of it all.

The pain and hardship I experienced before I migrated to Australia was just a small part of the challenges I had to learn to face and grew out of. When I moved here, I started all over again- but in my OWN terms this time. Life presented itself with opportunities: to discover and embody my true self, find my purpose and to redesign my life and business based my own values and beliefs.

Now my passion is to support people specially high achieving women to enhance their personal power to be able to live, love and lead wholeheartedly.

I’m here because very few of you know how to break free from the cycle of overwhelm and burnouts to create a fulfilled life.

And even fewer are courageous and willing to step outside of your comfort zone, do the healing inside required to come back home to your true essence & to build sustainable success.
